US BEING THE ONLY DEVELOPED NATION WHICH DOES NOT HAVE FEDERAL LAW FOR GRANTING MATERNITY LEAVE TO WORKING WOMEN EMPLOYEES

Mrs. Hillary Clinton urged that her future government would make it easier for American citizens not only as good employees but also good caregivers and parents. Employed women should be capable of doing her duty without worrying everyday about how they are going to manage their kids or what will happen if a prime wage earner of the family gets sick.

She further reminded that the U.S is the only developed nation in the globe with no paid leave of any kind to its women employee citizens.

Romain Rodriguez – a supporter viewed through FB (Face Book) that France was the first ever nation to inaugurate paid leave 79 years ago. He also thanked Hillary Clinton to be one of the first Presidential 2016 candidate to finally understand its necessity for the welfare of anyone in USA

INTOLERABLE AGONY FOR NOT HAVING PAID MATERNITY LEAVE 

Elizabeth Uncles Benzur, commented in FB that she just completed unpaid maternity leave (12 weeks) at a small architecture firm. I would have had to go straight back to work after my c section. I couldn't even sit up for two weeks, and it was at least 8 weeks before I was walking around without screaming in pain.

Marcy Rothenberg , commented in FB that paid leave for working women is NOT guaranteed by U.S. government policy. Workers (especially women employees) are at the mercy of employers, who can choose whether or not to offer...and many employers never offer such paid leaves.

Susan Richardson commented in FB that many employees in the US work full time hours, but are only categorized on paper as part-time employees. So we don't get the pay raise or any benefits of the full time position. I have worked full time for so many places, but was labelled a part time employee so that they wouldn't have to give me the benefits I recently had to quit my job because maternity leave was not available to me, paid or unpaid, because I was part time on paper She strongly feel that if Hillary is elected as 45th President of USA, she should come forward to federally mandate it.

Nicolette Rogers commented in FB that U.S is the only country that doesn't offer any government guaranteed maternity/paternity leave/benefits.

U.S does not have universal federally mandated Maternity leave..

Cruz Armendariz commented in FB that U.S does not have universal federally mandated leave...that is a fact. Leave benefits are either state/local mandates or employer sponsored.

Evelyn Fernandez commented in FB that Canadian mothers get 17-50 weeks government mandated paid leave. Other developed nations get similar maternity leave. American mothers get 12 weeks unpaid and if you have enough PTO, you get paid. That's pretty bad.

ONLY A WOMEN CAN UNDERSTAND THE FEELINGS AND PAINS OF WORKING WOMEN

SO LET US ELECT Mrs. Hillary Clinton as 45^th President of USA so that all working women employees get federal paid leaves for their maternity.

In her first major speech detailing her economic agenda at New York City’s New School, Mrs. Hillary Clinton, the Democratic 2016 presidential candidate promised to wage a war against employers who are mis-classifying their employees as contractors mainly to deny perquisites and allowances payable to regular employee.  Mrs. Hillary Clinton follows a chain of legal initiatives that has been unleashed against companies like Uber recently. Some companies like Uber in USA who facilitate the employees to make some quick bucks by driving their own car or by renting a spare room and  call them as contractors despite they are playing an employee role  mainly to refute the claim of allowances and perquisites payable to regular employee.

In her 2016 presidential electoral speech, Mrs. Hillary Clinton has urged the necessity to increase wages of the working classes in America (a minimum wage of $15).

Mrs Hillary Clinton observed that though this on-demand or so-named gig economy is not only establishing exciting opportunities and unleashing innovation, it also raising hard issues about safeguard at the works place and what a good job will look like in the near future.

Thus , we can anticipate , if Mrs. Hillary Clinton is elected as president of USA in 2016 , she will be definitely going to put a full-stop to these unfriendly labour practices by American companies.

Mrs Hillary Clinton will unravel her first-ever major economic policy speech on Monday (14 July 2015) which will focus on protection of Middle class wages.

According to election campaign aides, her economic policies will be centering on raising wages for working class and to offer adequate protection to workers.

Mrs. Hillary Clinton’s Economic policies will focus on the following;

• ·        Mrs. Hillary Clinton will encourage greater private and public investments in infrastructure to offer jobs to middle class and to accomplish long-run economic growth.

• ·        She will advocate for clean energy to minimize the global warming

• ·        She will encourage medical research

• ·        Her future government is likely to offer tax-soaps for small businesses
•  
• Her economic policies will focus to encourage work force participation in the top management particularly women employees which will include both paid leave and sick days , improved child-care services and free access to higher education.

Aiming at Greater Wage Equality

Her economic policy will not focus on just increase in percentage of economic growth as Republicans claim that they work for 4% economic growth whereas Mrs. Hillary Clinton’s economic focus would be how much increase in the income level for middle-class Americans. 

• ·        Mrs. Hillary Clinton will pursue an economic policy which will strive to achieve an increase in GDP mainly through strategies that will make sure that American middle-class income surges alongside executive compensation and corporate profits.

Focusing on increasing the standard of living of American Middle Class people

It is to be noted that Mr. Barrack Obama came to power just after worst subprime mortgage crisis in 2008. Mr. Obama was compelled to show more attention to restore the economic growth by pursuing policies like reviving and stabilizing the credit system, bailing out the American auto industry (please see my earlier post titled http://rvseckarsupportshillaryclinton.blogspot.in/2013/07/detroit-municipality-files-bankruptcy.html) , stopping the nightmarish declines in jobs ,economic growth, and home prices. Only recently, Mr. Obama is able to pay more attention on American middle class like Obama Care Act and new overtime rules. Thus , if Mrs. Hillary Clinton if elected as the 48^th American president , then , no doubt , we can expect a surge in the standard of living of American middle class in general.
