State Department Asked Hillary Clinton Attorney to Delete Copies of Classified Benghazi Email

An email captured in a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit demonstrates that the State Department asked Hillary Clinton’s attorney to delete copies of a classified email related to the 2012 Benghazi terror attacks.

Judicial Watch reported that Patrick Kennedy, the undersecretary for management at the State Department, penned a letter to Clinton attorney David Kendall in May recommending he delete all electronic copies of the “secret” email.

Kennedy wrote:

I am writing in reference to the following e-mail that is among the approximately 55,000 pages that were identified as potential federal records and produced on behalf of former Secretary Clinton to the [Department] of State on December 5, 2014: E-mail forwarded by Jacob Sullivan to Secretary Clinton on November 18, 2012 at 8:44 pm.

(Subject: Fw: FYI- Report of arrests–possible Benghazi connection).

Please be advised that today the above referenced e-mail, which previously was unclassified, has been classified as “Secret” pursuant to Section 1.7(d) of Executive Order 13526 in connection with a review and release under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). In order to safeguard and protect the classified information, I ask–consistent with my letter to you dated March 23 2015–that you, Secretary Clinton and others assisting her in responding to congressional and related inquiries coordinate in taking the steps set forth below. A copy of the document as redacted under the FOIA is attached to assist you in your search.

Once you have made the electronic copy of the documents for the Department, please locate any electronic copies of the above-referenced classified document in your possession. If you locate any electronic copies, please delete them. Additionally, once you have done that, please empty your “Deleted Items” folder.

The letter demonstrates that the State Department recognized the presence of classified material on Clinton’s personal email system months before it was disclosed in the media.

Kendall declined to immediately follow Kennedy’s orders, writing back in June that it would not be “prudent” to delete copies of the email until after document preservation requests from the House Select Committee on Benghazi, the State Department inspector general, and the intelligence community inspector general expire.

Kendall was in possession of three computer thumb drives containing all of Clinton’s work-related emails until the FBI determined that he could not continue to hold emails containing classified information. The attorney was forced to hand over the drives to the Justice Department at the same time Clinton relinquished her server.

 

Multiple intelligence agencies have confirmed that at least two of the emails contained on the former secretary of state’s personal system held top secret information at the time they were sent. Hundreds more have been flagged for possibly containing classified information.

Clinton has repeatedly denied sending or receiving information marked classified on her personal email.

The ordinary working class of USA is struggling now due to the following facts:

• ·       $1.3 trillion student debt is chasing American youths as new college degree holders are not receiving adequate salary to repay their education level.

• ·       Due to the fact of the economy of regular payroll jobs and career paths has given way to a gig economy of short-run employment that will soon hit four workers out of ten workers.

• ·       There is a large cap in the income distribution as just 1% capturing a giant share of the pie as even $15/ hour national minimum wage will not be adequate to recapture anything equivalent to the more equal economy some thirty years ago.

As per Noam Scheibr of the New York Times, who calculated by employing Bureau of Labor Statistics data found that the increasing the minimum wage to $15/hour for the period 2009 to 2014 would have increased the aggregate income for the 44 million Americans who earn less than $15/hour by an aggregate of $300 billion to $400 billion . However, during the analogues period, the top 10% Americans enhanced their revenue by 200% of that amount.  

 Hence, Scheiber concludes that even if we had raised the minimum wage to $15/ hour, the top 10% income group would still have emerged from the 2009-2014 period with a major share of the increase in the nation’s revenue as compared to the rest of 90% of the Americans. Inequality would still have soared, even though, it is not by as much.

To remove the inequalities,

 Mrs. Clinton has announced the following as her financial strategies to lift the middle-class Americans lifestyle. 

• ·       To raise the minimum wage to $15/hour

• ·       Guaranteeing the Child Care

• ·       To encourage the participation of more women in the American workforce

• ·       To compensate the early childhood education

• ·       Encouraging the profit-sharing for the working employees to increase their standard of living by offering tax-credits to American employers. 

·        

Mrs. Hillary Clinton came heavily on contractor employment and she strongly feels that employees of hybrids such as Uber and Task Rabbit should have both decent earnings and protections available to regular payroll employees. 

Mrs Hillary Clinton has to concentrate on the following:

• ·       To improve the inadequate purchasing power that is prevailing presently in USA.

• ·       To attract more domestic investments to create adequate jobs  

• ·       To offer debt relief for those who are saddled with existing loans

• ·       To empower employee unions to regain their effective right to organize and bargain collectively.

Even though, Mrs Hillary Clinton is a liberal but she has to take above radical steps to raise the standard of livings of 90% Americans who are in the medium and low-income group.

Munir Algazaly, Uber Driver Favours Mrs Hillary Clinton than Jeb Bush

Munir, an Uber driver who drove Jeb Bush, Republican Presidential contender to San Francisco on 16 July 2015 had actually had no idea that the passenger in his car is Jeb Bush until they arrived their destination.

Munir Algazaly, a 35- year old Yemeni who ferried Jeb Bush in his black Toyota Camry said later that he had no idea that his passenger is Jeb Bush, the Republican Presidential contender. 

Later, Jeb Bush in his tweet informed that he had a “rode shotgun” in the car and he gave the drive a “5-star “rating review.

Unfortunately, despite of giving good feedback on Munir, Jeb Bush was not lucky enough to secure Algazaly’s vote. Munir Algazaly said that he is going to vote for Mrs. Hillary Clinton, the democratic frontrunner for the Presidential race, as per Time.

On hearing this, Mrs. Hillary Clinton, Democratic presidential frontrunner Twitter message cheered that she has earned the confidence of the Uber driver who had driven her rival Jeb Bush in California.

In her Twitter message, the erstwhile Secretary of State thanked Munir’s support to her.
